Do not order alcohol for delivery unless you are 21 years of age or older. NO CASH PAYMENTS for alcohol, ONLY Credit or Debit Cards may be used for payment of alcohol. NO CONTACT DELIVERY is NOT available. WE ID. 1. The name on the credit or debit card must match the name on the account and the state or government issued ID. 2. The customer that ordered is the only person that can receive the alcohol delivery, NO EXCEPTIONS. 3. If we determine that the person that ordered is not of legal age; is not available to accept delivery; visibly intoxicated; or cannot produce acceptable ID/proof of age, Fetcht Delivery will not allow the alcohol to be delivered and will return it to the establishment it was purchased from and the customer shall be charged a $34.50 restocking fee and you will still be charged for the delivery fee and any tip that you provided for the delivery driver.
